Registration (upon tuition fees payment)

1- Tuition Payment Methods:

  • (International Students): Tuition payments are made in US dollars via any of the below accounts, provided that payment slips are delivered to the SU Financial Department: Banque misr– Arish branch – Islamic Branches Account  433.241.1972   in US dollars. In addition to the (Administrative fees – Lab Insurance – Course Books) in Egyptian pounds.

 

  • (Egyptian Students): Tuition payments are made in Egyptian pounds via any of the below accounts, provided that payment slips are delivered to the SU Financial Department: Banque misr– Arish branch – Islamic Branches Account  433.240.14373  in Egyptian pounds.

 

2-Egyptian male students must submit Military Service Form 2 & 6 to Admission & Registration for drafting procedures. Failure to submit those forms will lead to lectures inaccessibility.

Registration procedures

1-Registration must be performed by the students themselves.
2-12 credit hours per semester is the minimum limit for registration.
3-The number of credit hours allowed for registration is determined by the student’s GPA and with guidance of the faculty regulations and the academic adviser.

Pre-registration

*Keep a copy of tuition payment receipt.
*Get a university I.D. card at Admission office (for freshmen).
*Complete your medical examination and placement test. (for freshmen).
*Finish your major or subject equalization (for transfer students).
*Finish your major or specialization selection (for Engineering, Business Management, Media Technology, and Information Technology faculty students).

Registration time:

*Head for your Faculty in due time to get a complete list of the allowed subjects for registration.
*Head for your Faculty Registration Office.
*Present your I.D. and your list of proposed subjects to your academic adviser.
*Your academic adviser will help you select your subjects in accordance with regulations and timetable. upon the completion of the selection phase, make sure to get a printed      form of the registered subjects which will represent your actual academic timetable for lecture times and locations.
